We work continuously to ensure that our website is accessible to all users. We want visitors to be able to easily find information, book services, and access our content – regardless of circumstances or assistive tools.

We follow the WCAG 2.2 level AA guidelines and operate in accordance with the Swedish law (2023:254) on the accessibility of certain products and services. Our goal is for the website to be inclusive, user-friendly, and to function in modern browsers and on different devices.

We strive for career.carygroup.com to meet the guidelines for accessible web content (WCAG 2.2 level AA) and the four accessibility principles:

Some parts of the website are provided by external suppliers, for example the page you land on when clicking “Connect,” as well as cookie and privacy management functions. These components have their own accessibility settings and markup which we cannot fully control. We strive to choose solutions that provide clear descriptions, good usability, and comply with the guidelines for accessible web content (WCAG 2.2 level AA).

We regularly test the website against the updated requirements of WCAG 2.2 level AA, using both automated tools and manual testing.

With every major update, we check, among other things, color contrasts, heading structure, tab navigation, and functionality across various devices and screen sizes, to ensure an accessible and consistent user experience.
